HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?


For personalised products, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped from the date you accept your design proof.
For non-personalised products, please allow 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped. 

HOW DO I INPUT EXACTLY WHAT I WANT ON THE PERSONALISED COVER?


There is a wording field when completing your order, if you require anything specific please advise us in this field.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH 2 FONT SELECTIONS?


Write exactly what you would like in the notes field when completing your order. Write which 2 fonts you would like. 

WILL I RECEIVE A DESIGN PROOF? 

You will receive design proofs for personalised products 2-3 days after payment has been received, If any changes are required we will liaise by email to ensure you get exactly what you want. Each new design proof will take 2-3 days to complete. 

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE INTIAL FONT I CHOOSE? 

If you receive your first design proof and you don't like the font you initially choose, you can let us know and we will send you the next design proof with the updated font of choice.        

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched. Orders are shipped via Sendle and Australia Post.

MY COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED FOR SHIPPING, DOES THAT MEAN THAT I CAN'T ORDER? 

Please contact us via email if your country is not listed and we will add it in for you.

CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS? 

We are able to do rush orders if we have the availability, please email us and we will be able to let you know if this is possible.

I JUST RECEIVED MY DESIGN PROOF AND I WANT CAPITAL LETTERS, IS THAT POSSIBLE? 

We will always provide capital letters for your names, however the font "love" does not have capital letters therefore your names will be in lower case. 

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW 

es+elle will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible however normal business hours do apply and you may not receive a response over weekends or public holidays. Orders will be dispatched on business days. Emails are responded to within 2 business days.
